For Western General and Western General Pathway policy holders
If you are currently insured with Western General or Western General Pathway this notice is important regarding your coverage. You should have also received notification from Western General about your policy.
On August 5, 2021, Western General was ordered to liquidate by the State of California Superior Court. Western General is not able to offer renewals or new policies on this coverage program, and active policies will be cancelled by September 4, 2021. Claims and refunds may be delayed.
