Filing a Claim
Please contact your insurance carrier directly. Your carrier information is located on your policy documentation.
We offer a variety of ways you can make an insurance payment, either by phone, or at one of our offices.
Change of Address
There are several different ways you can notify Cost-U-Less or your insurance carrier that you are moving. If you are moving, please use one of the following methods to notify us of your move:

- Visit your Local Cost-U-Less Insurance Center
Visit your local office and fill out a change of address form.
- Notify your Insurance Company Directly
You can call your insurance company directly or mark the new address on your bill and the insurance company will make the change.
